In 2007, we decided to begin a new adventure in the real estate industry and while our first passion is for investing in and renovating homes, our love of customer service led to a successful career as Top Producing Agents at Keller Williams Realty and the designation of Realtor with the National & California Association of Realtors.
We take great pride in helping our clients with one of their biggest investments and that is one of the reasons that the vast majority of our clients are repeats and referrals. We have been blessed to help guide hundreds of buyers, sellers and investors through their real estate transactions throughout Los Angeles and Orange County and even aided in referring just the right agent outside of the area.

Our Mission

We have an extensive list of partners to ensure a smooth and easy transaction. Everything from the very best lenders, inspectors, escrow and title reps in the business to contractors for everything and anything that a home may need. As an added bonus we are fluent Spanish speakers & are well acquainted with the many neighborhoods throughout San Pedro, Torrance, Los Angeles & the South Bay.

With over 30 years of experience as a Senior Escrow Officer, Paula brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to our office. Her extensive background includes handling all aspects of escrow processing, from residential to commercial properties, including sales and refinances.
Grant Luna is currently an Account Executive at Fidelity National Title with 7 years of experience working in various roles within the real estate industry. Grant specializes in understanding emergent technologies and is responsible for educating clients and fellow employees on using these systems to help grow their business.
Karrah Raposo is our team transaction coordinator. She performs the administrative duties that are required during each stage of the transaction from contract to closing. Communicating updates to clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
With her network of CPAs, insurance agents, attorneys and tax preparers she has resources to help you in your transaction. Cori has worked with all types of Borrowers and will help you understand the process and the guidelines.
Sean Perfit is our local area manager for home warranty in the Southbay. Sean has been providing exceptional service for First American home warranty for five years. She believes in building long-lasting customer relationships and genuinely care about your business and home. Through teamwork, Sean can help us help you achieve your goals.
