After 18 years of experience as an Escrow Assistant, Stellesa took over as one of our Escrow Officers. A third generation San Pedro resident and graduate, Stellesa has worked with the local real estate community for many years. Besides a proficiency in escrow, Stellesa is also in charge of keeping us all lighthearted. As a people person, Stellesa is always willing to make each transaction a positive and happy one.
Grant Luna is currently an Account Executive at Fidelity National Title with 7 years of experience working in various roles within the real estate industry. Grant specializes in understanding emergent technologies and is responsible for educating clients and fellow employees on using these systems to help grow their business.
Robyn Hosking is our team transaction coordinator. She performs the administrative duties that are required during each stage of the transaction from contract to closing. Communicating updates to clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction. Robyn is integral in communicating with all parties to make sure that all the proper and necessary paperwork and disclosures are provided and executed for the smooth and successful closing of your transaction.
With her network of CPAs, insurance agents, attorneys and tax preparers she has resources to help you in all aspects of your transaction. Cori has worked with all types of Borrowers and will help you understand the process and the guidelines. She focuses on long term planning and advice based on safety of her clients. She is dedicated to helping her clients find the right loan program to fit their needs from the First Time Home Buyer needing Down Payment Assistance to the Investor looking to Re-hab properties.
